Ijust wanted to thank you for all the help you gave me in locating my new home. Having never lived in the city before, I soon found I was getting nowhere fast by trying to look for a home on my own. I either had trouble finding the address of the house that I wanted to see or I located the address but arrived at the wrong time of day so couldn't get in to look around. Luckily for me, my boss suggested that I call you for assistance and, once I did, everything started to go smoothly. With the advance research you did on the homes that were available in the price range that I had in mind, you helped me find exactly whiat I was looking for in only 2 days. It probably would have taken me 2 weeks if I had continued on my own and, even then, I might not have found something that I would have really been happy with. I also appreciate the pointers you gave me on what to look for in a quality home. You brought details to my attention that I would not have noticed otherwise. Making the adjustment to a new city is not going to be easy, but at least at the end of the day my wife and I have a lovely home to come to at the end of the day. Military Transfer

Our return to Petawawa was enjoyable and it was with great pride we showed friends and relatives the pictures of our new house - indeed we are truly happy with this purchase!  Your service to us during our house hunting trip was first rate and very professional.  When only 5 days is provided by the Military to find suitable accommodation, it is quite possible many people could find themselves with a very hectic schedule.  However, the manner in which you prepared our house hunting schedule was extremely organized and efficient.  Since you were also able to set up a personal banker, lawyer and home inspection, this made the experience that much easier.  It is good to know our business is appreciated, yet it is us who thank you for your great service and time spent with us.
